i like it i espescially like the christmas lighting part is there alot to get started in that?

We buy our lighting in 1000 ft. spools and tailor fit them to our customers home. It is amazingly easy with just a little education and highly profitable. My company did about $18,000.00 last season in Holiday lighting alone.

Christmas lights are a great winter add on service for all Roof Cleaners. It's an opportunity to hang out with your customers at one of the most celebrated and joyful times of the year!

I'm very impressed with that brochure. A lot of good information and I read the entire piece. Normally, I am skipping all over the place trying to get it over with.

One thing, I think there is an extra comma after "State of the art" and before "lighting" in the Christmas lights portion.

Only thing I would suggest is filling that back space with something more. That is a lot of open wasted space.

Maybe some before and after pictures... or some testimonials..

But looks great.. for some reason the clouds in the background just remind me of clean..

Tim, I think its is fantastic. The only addtions I could see are two things:

1) I love the shingle picture, but can you find a "half & half" like you did with the pressure washing pic, or make a before & after? On the other hand the flow and continuity of the pictures you gave on there is nice.

2) could you do a little block somewhere with one or two quotes and references form satisfied customers? ( maybe even on the front cover)

Very professional Tim. I like the Christmas lighting add on as well. Reminds me of my past career working on a Private estate. They always had a company come in to decorate. I am glad I never had to do it. 15000 sq. ft of home is just a little bigger than I want to deal with. Heck I even have a problem just getting my tree up every year!

I appreciate the feed back. I knew that was a waste of space on the out side middle. Putting a testimonial in there is a great idea.
It's difficult for me to get good before and afters. I mostly just have befores since my main position in my company is estimator. When I start the new branch on the coast next spring I will be picture taking crazy.
my grammar sucks and I will fix the comma issues.

the truck pictures I will post monday when I'm back at the office.

the lighting is sold to the customer. Since all lines are cut to fit there home. The lines are all labeled for easy install next year. We do a swoop through the first week of january to remove for them.

I think the brochure looks great- very professional.

You do it all...impressive!

Great idea about selling and hanging Christmas lights. My roof cleaning is in its last week of the season and that would be a great addition to the business.
