Okay so after lots of debates with the Labor and Industries guy and the state and who ever would listen. I finally got my quotes to get a specialty license and Bonded and Insuredconfuse I was plesantly pleased when the total cost came in just under 2500.00  bucks. So I will be getting this done ASAP. hummmm, bonded, why are you gettting bonded? I never enter the home, no use to be bonded or am I missing something?

A Contractors license requires a bond and liability insurance in our area. Congrats neighbor!!!!
