Is it better to have the ground person continuously rinse the landscape or cover it with a tarp. And is a tarp too heavy and plastic shoulds be used.

Honestly, the only thing I cover with a tarp is coy ponds. Everything else I have my ground guy water. As a side note, my ground guys have been with me for over 2 years and are very diligent with their watering.

you can do both if you would like.  If covering landscapes do not use clear plastic that you can buy by the roll. once you water and cover sun will bake landscape, definately use  tarps of some solid color. water, water, water. you do not want to have to replace landscaping.

Thank you. I had a hard time finding this one in the search. I will continue reading though and learning all of the knowledge. Although I may have more Questions later but will be sure that I have exhausted all searches before I ask. Thanks again.

Step 1. Water in the plants. (not a rinse, a soaking of the ground)
Step 2. Rinse the plants.
Step 3. While spraying the roof, Dilute all run off and rinse anything it does or can come into contact with.
Step 4. Rinse the damn plants!
Step 5. Just before leaving, resoak the ground and then RINSE the plants.

Covering plants can be a catch 22. Personally in a state where the temp can easily reach 100 degees I don't cover plants anymore.

Maybe on a cool morning I'll cover shrubs and bushes. But never small flowers.
Upside is we have a lot of palms here and they don't mind the mix at all.

Step 1. Search button at the top of the screen, type in "landscape" and POOF there is everything you need to know. There is one in there about small companies and landscape.

Take a look, but make sure to search for everything you need. If it is not here, modify your search just as you would with google.

It's like Ragu spag sauce....."It's in there"

Good luck to you.
