I want to sincerely thank Billy Booze for training me in the RCIA method of roof cleaning.  I spent nearly 2 days with Billy on his home turf in Maryland and I cant say enough about this guy and his ability to teach.  I brought zero knowledge to the table in the areas of pressure washing, roof cleaning, chemicals, equipment, and very limited mechanical ability.  Billy thoughtfully and thoroughly explained to me in great detail every aspect of the cleaning process with special emphasis on safety.  Being so ignorant to the tools and equipment necessary to build a rig, I had a laundry list of questions.  He took his time explaining the answers and didn't lose patience when I asked the same question 2-3times just to make sure I was clear.  Bill even went as far as spending extra time with me putting together a couple draw tubes and providing me with brushes, chemicals, caulk, and miscellaneous items to get me started.  Bill has extended himself several times to assist me in getting my rig together and give me the encouragement to get my business off the ground.  Having spent the majority of my careers in business and sales I pay close attention to customer service, proffesionalism, and quality work.  Bill takes all of those attributes to the next level and I could tell that it was not all for show, he truly lives by those standards and is a role model for everyone in this business.
