This could help with the elimination of SH smell if compatiable. Any thoughts or has anyone researched this product. I am going to send a email to see if this would be a good fit to the solutions we use. TC KIM R

We don’t mask odors; we eliminate odors. You know the smells: orange citrus, cherry bomb, rose petal; they’re commonly used fragrances others use to “hide” industrial odors. Much of the time, these masking fragrances don’t work to control odors. And if they do, it’s a short-term solution at best. Once the fragrance wears away, the malodor returns. What’s worse, despite the pleasant names, most masking fragrances are anything but natural.
Ecosorb® products are just the opposite. They don’t mask industrial odors. They react on a molecular level to neutralize them. And Ecosorb® products don’t rely on chemicals. Contact OMI Industries to learn more about our natural, safe and environmentally friendly ingredients.
I just received a sample of this product. I am running some test so far seems to work and doesn't seem to alter the shc. Doesn't smell real good but does eliminate the shc smell. I will keep everyonee informed on my findings.
Thanks Doug, As I am waiting on my sample, did you get the opportunity to speak with them? They seem very interested in helping with this. The person I spoke to Beau explained that their chemist will keep working and design a product for our use. TC KIM R
Yes, I talked to them and they did not know how this would react to shc. I have some mixed up and will check the strength tomorrow. They sent me a gallon of it. I received mine in one day. It has a weird smell but it seems to mask the shc. I have no idea on pricing yet.
Well we did our first roof today with the ECOSORB. I think we may have a winner here. It has a surfecant in it which helps and it took care of the SHC smell. Mixes well and I only used a 1/2 cup for 60 gallons. Next week we are going to try it a little heavier and see what happens.
You say it doesn't smell good, I wonder if they can make it smell better. They may not have a fragrance in the sample. Keep us posted... They sent you a gallon? Wow! that's great!
Ecosorb by this company is meant to absorb the gases not to mask them. It is to neutralize the smell/gas fumes from chemicals that's why it really doesn't smell that good because there is no fragrance added to it.
