Nice score Travis. Some of the 'ol pros have mentioned possible reactions to prior chems. Any idea what it was used for before? That could really be important. Chis, Bill, Brian etc will likely go in to great detail on what to look out for.
I would clean and use the tank and thats about it. Unless all delivery parts are stainless it makes no sense taking the time to set it all up and mount it. It wont be long before you doom yourself in the middle of a job.
Travis, you posted looking for advice and comments from professional roof cleaners. How about you actually listen this time? Have you ever dealt with SH before? If the equipment is not designed to handle SH, it will fail very quickly...possibly same day! Is that worth wasting your time over? Get off your 5 grand and go buy some new equipment that is designed for the type of work you are trying to offer. You want some advice? Go buy at least a 70 gal tank, a 5850, $25 5/8" hose from Sam's, and a ball valve/tip setup. That's it! You'll be into it for less than $500. Get a little experience with that setup first. Then after a few months and a ton of reading on here (not questions), you'll have a better idea of what will work best for you. Good luck to you and I'll Paypal you a whole $5 if you don't post anything for 1 week.
http://www.sprayingequipmentsupply.com/spraying-equipment/skid-sprayers.html Guys search Chemical Spray rigs research Ornamental and Turf spray rigs just what I'm gonna try seeing what yall think about it =]
Travis, The set up will work, but nobody can tell you how long. The link you gave idicates that the pump is a roller pump. SH eats up the metal rollers very quickly. You must be diligent in your rinsing. My stainless steel quick connects don't last very long at all and they are definitely better than regular metals. It was free and you can use it. Just remember that whatever time you get out of it is just a bonus. Use it to make enough money to get another set up.

Just one man talking here, but that setup MAY work. It IS designed for harsh chemicals.
The stuff we buy is advertised to be made for SH but really its made for all kinds of harsh chems. Delevans, surflos, flojets, all flos, etc are not the end all be all for roof cleaning.
Travis, my advice is to clean it up, fill it with SH and circulate chem though it for a few hours and just see how it holds up. Then do it again a couple times a month. If it works great. If not then at least you'll know before you're at a paying customers house.
Just found out the tanks I have Wil work =] they spray herbicides and Fungicide out of them for many years never had one problem =] herbicides and fungicides can also be used clean the roof I was told =] =] =]
