I got a 325 gallon leg tank and a 60 gallon leg tank for a total of $150.
There is a local place that had 125 gallon ones for $190.
I will use the big boy for power washing.. but will use the 60 gallon one for roof washing. I know 60 is pretty small, but I plan to carry SH in 15 gallon jugs and mix on site with customer's water, or from my big tank.
My question is..
What is the best way to seal those bottom holes up so that they never leak and I can just pull from the top?
There is no good way to seal the bottom. They typically use nylon which is NOT good for SH. You are almost better off just using the bottom bulk head and watching it carefully. Change the gasket on it as preventative maintenance every few months and you should be fine.

My one tank is a bottom feeder and we keep an eye on it for leaks but so far I have never had an issue. Also, my portable unit has a bottom drain that gave me an issue last week but easy repaired by changing gasket and cap, but it's a small 25gal spray unit.
