Looks like the door to door flyers have paid off. Got a call on ealier in the week, went and gave a quote a sealed the deal for him and his neighbor. Just finished setting up my rig this evening. Tomorrow is the big day. First roof cleaning will be taking place at about 9 a.m.

Be sure and inspect all of the vegetation around the house and keep it wet. I always shoot pictures of everything just in case.

I went out last spring and put out about 500 large postcards on doors, at first I thought It was a waste of my time but in the past month I have had at least 15 people call me from those cards. so I have ordered another 500. the local newspaper ad has also been a good hit for me also. good luck.

Good luck Mike!

Trust your mix and take your time and rinse everything. Get yourself a ladder stablizer too! It has saved my butt many times and keeps from doing damage to the gutters.

Well today could not have went any better. Again, I want to give a BIG THANKS to everyone on here and their contributions. Homeowner came home about half way though and kept saying "holy chit, this isn't really my house is it!?" I took that as a good sign. He asked for a few cards because a few of his attorney friends said if I did a good job they were going to be calling. I LOVE ROOF CLEANIN!!!

I did get pictures, will post later. Thanks again guys!
