I've always wanted a wrapped vehicle. With so many doing it I had a sense of urgency. Here is the design and it will be completed by next week. Its an 08" Ranger that will be set up for demos only. The template doesnt show the ladder racks.
Looks great Ed! I like it. The pics on the tailgate are key IMO.
I wanted to do a partial wrap on my daily driver/sales vehicle too, but my insurance company will jack my rates on the truck from 400 to 1200 a year! My agent told me not to even put door magnets on without changing over to commercial insurance. (Of course my work truck/rig DOES have commercial insurance).
I am setting up a single reel that will be mounted on a bracket thats attached to the ladder rack. It a heavy duty one piece rack that kind of hangs over the roof. Its a nice rack. I have a 50 gal tank. I will try like hell to keep this baby clean. I would love to participate in some street fairs and display the truck. They have a great one here in Woodbridge and they shut down Main St. for vendors. I'll give it an honest shot.
Thanks for the suggestions Scott and others. With all humility I will say that these kinds of things could never have been possible without the help from others on this forum. The training I received here gave me the edge I needed to help become a more serious player in the field. I am forever in debted to RCIA. Looking forwarded to flying down to SC with Clyde and meeting most of you guys.
