 We even have a local company up here that tells his customers that he is going to use a non pressure system, goes in a half price, AND THEN CLEANS THE ROOF WITH PRESSURE!!
This is the third customer we have encountered with this similar story in just the past 2 months for the same contractor.

We always tell our customers that if you chose a different contractor due to a lower price, just make sure that they are buying the same service. And we tell them that if they have any questions please call us we would be happy to answer any of them. After all we still want to make a good impression on everyone whether they choose us or not. 
We do not want anyone to get scammed and this guy is scamming. He told one customer when they asked if he was using pressure that, "it is extremely low pressure and there isn't anything such as no pressure because you can't have no pressure or nothing comes out." Yet he still hooked his machines into a pressure washer.

This is not right. I may print up some trifolds that explain if the company has anything but a trigger or ball valve at the end of their hose they ARE using pressure and THEY ARE PROBABLY VOIDING THEIR SHINGLE WARRANTY.
