The certification process is basically to get involved on the forums and a verbal test. This process is going to change soon, but not sure how much or when.
My suggestions are: Read and ask questions, comment on topics, participate in discussions, etc. Post any pictures that you have of any Roofs that you do, even if it's just your own. At some point a secret agent Roof Instructor will contact you and discuss your certification with you.
There is a verbal test. You may need to have proof of insurance, web site, DBA or LLC, etc. And proof via picture or vids that you have cleaned some roofs.
At least that was my experience.
