This customer was prepping the home for sale.  There is a before pic, an after pic, and a 2 months later pic.  This roof was cleaned with out using a pressure washer.  I did not rinse anything.  I hope these dont stretch the forum.

Nice photos Ed, the last picture showing the granuel loss caused by the moss and lichen is perfect. When you see that you just wonder why people wait so long.

Thaks Pat. True, this roof has suffered some damage from neglect. From the first picture to the last you can relate the scars on the roof to the exact spots of moss and lichen. These are some of my most convincing pics of how cleaning your roof doesn't cost, it pays. This was not a big house. $485.00 was the cost to treat this roof. Compare that price to the cost of a replacing this roof.
