Do you offer a written guarantee for your work? I just wanted to pass this along, I've been using it with a good bit of success. The homeowners love it and its perceived as a value added service, that basically costs nothing to do, except the cost of the nice paper.
My work was already guaranteed, this just formalizes it a little bit!
I like the graphics. We do a printed/written one two. Many times it get sent in an email to our customers along with some other info we like to send. Ours is just text with a border. I like the creative look of yours.
Micheal- We don't really do contracts in this area for PW/Roof cleaning....more of a "good old boy" handshake deal after the written estimate. In fact, they'd probably run away if you got that formal. I used to just write it on the receipt, but this is "Sizzle", not the steak. I know no other co. in the area is offering this type of upgraded service.
DeJay - One year has a good impact and "Sizzle". Even though the treatments are good for 18 months to two years, the idea of a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE on this type of service seems to hit home. I'm sure I could do it for longer, but why bother? Most people can't see that far into the future anyway. One year hits, two years is "inconceivable."
For those of you curious about the "sizzle" comments., its from the old marketing adage, "you sell the sizzle, not the steak". Basically it is my education from experience and sites such as the RCIA and marketing that sets my $300 service apart form my competitions $150 service.
