 I did the estimate in the rain. Couldnt see the stains. Way less than what I brought! Thank God! I wouldnt have been able to do this other job Monday! I should just get by monday!

 I look at usage of SH not gallons of cider. This roof didnt need much. The north sides got 2 coats and touchups. one coat of cider the rest of roof. I get mine in 5 gallon jugs. I started with the half filled one and 2 - 5 gallon jugs. so SH usage was about 12 n half gallons.

That second picture you posted is about what our average is. I think some of you guys would flip at some of the houses down here. Every oother neighborhood has little mega mansions.

I've never done a house this big! Hope to get some more and price them better. I did this one for a good price but it shouldve been more. He said he knew alot of people and would give me WOM. It hasnt rained there yet and he called today. We are going back over there Wed. Hopefully It will have rained by then or we are going to rinse the roof.

I think what he is talking about is after the GCM is dead some of the heavier patches go from black to brown and have let go of the shingles. Just a rinse or a rain is needed.

On this house we tried what I was hearing about in Tampa. Spray the roof except the bottom couple of feet near the gutter line.
