just got done doing a job for a guy that works for a big industrial co.that buys and leases big comercial buildings, he ask if i ever worked with drivet. now i know what it is my ? is has anyone ever use are chit to clean drivet

I have Dan, lots if drivt around here. Apple cider isn't necessary though its pretty easy to clean because it is basically paint.

There is even a drivet cleaner that the drivet company sells.

A VERY mild bleach water mix is what is usually needed. If there are pollutants or oxidation or something like that its a little more comlicated. But 99% of dryvit building/homes are very simple.

YOu can bleach out dryvit or any EIFS type coating with love!!!!!!!!!!! I typically softwash it at about 10- 15%.... I do NOT recommend putting a 30% solution on it at all!!!!!!!!!!

PS, I softwash exclusively...haven't used a pressure washer on a building exterior in years!

Here's some photo proof.  I should have let it dwell longer at a lower %, but was unhappy with results and kept making mix hotter & hotter.  Remember...dwell time is your friend

About all I do is clean Dryvit and have been an installer for 15 years 15% like said before is what I use and if it does not come as clean as I would like I charge to recoat the surface with a dryvit product called demandit just be upfront and tell them that you may not be able to clean it to like new.
