The guys did not take before pics but the first roof was full of moss and likens. The second roof they did was really dirty. The home owner had quotes for the cleaning but the company was going to "Low Pressure" Wash it.....

*Never use a Pressure Washer to clean a roof...The life of your roof depends on it.

Are those gutter guards on there? My 1st roof had gutter helmet and my run off was a little bad in the valleys.
