The W-d acts like a solvent. It actually id breaking down, what is usually a containment and oil clog in the pump. If you contact Steve from All-Flo, he will recommend that you not use that oiler Jeff. The oil is what was clogging mine. The w-d eats that oil out.

They are oil and lube, free.  Oil is bad for them.  Instead of thinking lubricant, think cleaner.  We also spray Windshield deicer in our pump this time of year.  This is due to using a 50ft air line with no trap at the pump.  The condensation in the line freezes from the air movemment.  Bits of ice will fly out of the back of the pump from this scenario.

Charles and I talked about this by PM. Here is what I came up with:

I just called the guy that got one for $295. It was actually $265 but the wrong pump. His was Acetal and I would not recommend that. Poly for the body isn't that bad at all. Your tanks are also poly and the body should last a lot longer than the diaphragms, check balls and seals.

He found his on CSN.com

I just went there and found this poly one with the teflon/santoprene backed diaphragms for a little over $300.
Here is the link.

Should be even cheaper if you go with just santoprene, as I described above in this thread.
Mine were bought on ebay. The kynar body seems overrated to me at this point.  It seems that a new one with Kynar body and seat will cost $400+, but it is still 4gm faster than the all-flo, and it is easier to find parts for them.

I may run the oiler Bill,..but it will be filled with a very light lubricant,..not the typical air line oil. Doesn't matter what they recommend,..I will do what works,..and the WD-40 works. They also say NON stalling,.. BUT they will stall,..so you sometimes have to think outside the box.
