Having positive reviews posted on your Google Places listing can really help with the conversion immensely but what about the negative reviews? Till now there was no way to respond to them & assure online shoppers that this company cares to hear your grievances much like it loves to hear an awesome review.

It's a welcome & needed feature that Google introduced whereby you can respond to customer grievances or just acknowledge a great review posted by a customer.
