Speaking of which I may have some contracts to share with you in that respect in your area. Please PM me your service area for gutters and I will be in touch after I compile the data. This is NOT good gutter cleaning practice, but we have had gutters suddenly become Unclogged from the roof cleaning chemical.
It can be like Drano for a Gutter, LOL

 

uhh the panty hose thing... Tonight there is a cowboys game! Gutter cleaning 101 was supposed to be a shared knowledge thing. I didnt word it right. All us certified mo fos should have downspot cleaning down pat.

I'm a loyal person. The 2 guys, male n female, from Sunbrite at expo in Tampa. They want Loris thing, msds?, for fragrance and "butter".

I think sunbrite the biggest supplier for us guys! I swear by 'em. Ex, for new stuff from PWP. I checked out viton o rings at Sunbrite. I'm going to shop that price. Didnt know about them till Lori. She forgot my free ones to get adicted to! She must be very busy.

Guys lets not forget about Lori. Yall prob the same as me... I only order from her, roof stuff.

She doesnt post here anymore...

I smiled the whole time talkin to her. Spending my money. Felt good about it.

When I'm at Sunbrite the same way! That where I get my chems at!

Diff between PWP and Sunbrite. Buying online. PWP I cant believe how fast it got to me.

I got lost in downtown Philly trying to find the airport, I am sure I have not seen Philly at it's best, but where I was, had to be the ghetto, as their was a few dudes , yelling and screaming at the cops, I felt like it was a movie set, people running across the street. Just chaos! It was just me & my youngest son there for my other sons graduation in Lititz, Pa ( he is a watchmaker ).
Oh and btw didn't realize the street lights were on the side of the road instead of the middle, I think I ran a few red lights.. and blew through a toll in the speedpass lane as well. ANd I got lost and traveled through I think 3 or 4 states, some kinda loop , you probably know what I am talking about and laughing, so am I..
Take Care and if we ever get over that way, a tour would be oh so helpful.

I dont draw up a contract for gutter cleaning. It would take just as long to write up the contract as it would to clean the gutters. Its pretty cut throat around here too with gutter cleaning.

I'll take whatever ya got Bill! We do about a 50 mile radius.

I have to get a vid up too for gutter cleaning. That roof has moss on it. hope you got that too!

WOW! We got alot here too, well some. Heavy GCM. Older houses have the moss and lichens.The majority of my roof washings werent est. for that, I up sold them. They didnt know they could safely remove the chit tearing up their roof.

Ever price a job and then find out once you are on the ladder that the gutters are completely full of debris that is wet because they dont slope properly... It may turn out to be a PITA job that you really are not too thrilled to do for the price you quoted. It also protects the Customer from having to pay $200 for a gutter job that all you do is climb on the ladder and find the gutters completely free of debris already.

 I strongly disagree - you aren't a reall business person if you work by the hour.  Getting $200 for a gutter cleaning that are clean is how you make money in this business!!!!  I charge per linear foot - and make sure on the average I always make my money.  I also make sure my price includes a worst case scenerio price.  I have no clue why you want to work by the hour??  The majority of the time I make better than $100/hr - you think you could sell folks on an hourlhy rate like that?

  Having an hourly rate saves me from having to do an estimate.  I tell them how much an hour, then send a guy out to do it.
