So sad I can't be with my roof cleaning brethren at the Tampa show!  

Just thought I'd share what I was busy doing whilst you guys play in the sunny city!


Mix was 25% SH, 2% Surfactant, and 73% H20.....  Special landscaping ( none), really an easy job, and my rate reflected it. Gave customer a one year guarantee, she was delighted.

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately...been dealing with some health problems and sadly some family issues.  I still get on nearly ever day and read the posts, just haven't had the energy to respond/post/ etc.

Brings me to a new point, what do you guys do for Health insurance?

Check out Aflac, it's employee paid and optional. You may find it's not the best, but it could be a good start.

Is it possible to find an agent that would do a group health/life insurance policy for all RCIA members that are not insured? or to get a better rate as a group?

I can talk to my father-in-law who happens to be a group and individual life/health/dental/disability insurance guy. He is a very good business man and a perfectionist. He is the kind of guy you want on your side if you know what I mean.

I am pretty sure we would all have to be filed under the same SEC codes to get equal rates and I know that some guys are LLC, sole proprietor's and probably just a few are S-Corps like myself. I'm sure there are a ton of different ways to go about something like this so instead of guessing I'm just going to ask the man.

Disability is a huge thing in this business and everyone should be covered short and long term because we beat our bodies up everyday.

Don't want to fool anyone, it is Kim posting today, Randy is up North working, I have been doing as much leg work as possible so I can condense many of the important things for him. I am a reader anyways he, well not the fastest.lol
This would be a great if it benefits everyone as a whole.

U are funny Bill, That is cool she cleans em, but I well don't do so well with heights even on a ladder, don't know why but I get a bit dizzy. But hey I could be a ground guy (girl) Lol.

Randy, dizzy on a ladder? Look straight, keep 3 points of contact at all times, and when your standing on a ladder, keep both feet towards the outside of the rungs with your knees touching the ladder. This gives you a feeling of stability.
