I felt pretty lucky just sitting next to the guy who won the skid and surface cleaner!

The Tampa convention was very informative and as a "newbe" I was like a sponge and soaking up all the information I could.

Thanks Jim, you are correct about getting a customer laughing, and being confident enough to do so. While most are kissing a customers azz backwards, offering to do more and "better" work, and beat anyones price, I am cracking jokes, telling them we are busy, and MIGHT be able to fit them in. I say words like "If we decide to accept your job"  instead of "we will beat anyones price" !

Low ballers are like the girls in school who wore mattresses on their backs. Those low self esteem girls felt all they had to give a guy was the prize !

People who don't know HOW to sell feel all they have to offer is a low price.
