There are some very succesful service companys in central Arkansas that advertise like crazy with billboards along with radio and tv. They have billboards everywhere you look.

Id think you would need to focus on major arteries taking people to and from work from the areas that you wanted to work. And be ready to dish out a little dough! Done right I have no doubt it would work great coupled with other ways of marketing.

I only wish I was smarter and richer!
