It varies from week to week, but right now we average between 10-15 customers per week. Keep in mind that not all those are roof cleanings. We offer other services as well such as house washing, gutter cleaning etc. so those customers are included in that 10-15. Hope this helped! Let me know if you have anything else on your mind! Yes. Are you doing all the work or o you have helper. I'm just a one man right now trying to grow where its hard. Everyone is doing it. Window guys doing PW and yard guys too. Everytime im going to a job I see another new guy it's like clockwork.

, Im still working on getting my first church, we offered our equipment and labor at no cost if they will provide the chem.. its looking good and its a MONSTER..
well wait a minute I did stop and wash a churches siding one day in the middle of now where on the way home from a job... they have no idea who done it, Im curious if any of them thought they had arrived at the wrong church come sunday morning. the siding was suppose to be white but was totally black and when I left u needed sunglasses to look at it

No, I have help! There is NO way I would attempt to do a lot of the roof cleaning jobs by myself. Some jobs can be done by one person such as interior gutter cleaning on a small house and things of that nature, but other than that I have people who help me.

As for competition that will always be a factor. I wouldn't worry too much about it though. If you worry too much about your comp then you lose focus on your own business and things can go downhill from there. Just treat your customers well and do a good job and you will get good word of mouth advertising over time. I've heard horror stories of some contractors here, but I don't worry too much about that. I just focus on my own business because that in itself is an arduous task! Hope this helps! Let me know if anything else crosses your mind! Thanks!

Thanks David! And likewise! Keep up the good work there over in Mizzou! I like the story about the siding on that church! Eventually I would mention it to them though if it were me. Good luck on getting that church job also! My helper mentioned about making a flyer primarily for churches. Something about putting "Would you want to look down on this if you were up there?" or something like that? haha. Anyways, good luck to you David!
