I use methods and strategies to make people ask me to wash. I want them calling me back and saying when can we schedule this.

 Giving Away things is a great tool in commercial, I dont advise it on residential customers.

On commercial I give them one time free cleanings. This was a tool I learned from a proffessor that told me about Pizza huts and the Carney Brothers.

I will find he article and post it.

They gave free pizza away for two weeks and made national News five times. you know the rest of the story...

On there 5000 location they served pizza for a week in remembrance of the success.

Each Chain is Very Different, most allow the GM to pick his own guy provided your on and approved vendor list.

In florida Last year I stay extra to talk about the approved vendor list.

Once on this list your on and in store list of providers.

GM will call you from this list.


How do you get on, its through a technic called training location. Each corp has training locations, you would go find these locations and start there rather than a regular store. I will talk about this a bit more. Its a great little tip, if you can imagine that locations where all is perfect because they are training new people and grooming Gm for Dm's spots. This is a wonderful setting to sell and impress someone moving up the Corp ladder.
