My last quote: 3100 sq. ft. Three High dormers as a addon at front. Whole thing sloped for ladder.  Whole front covered with baby flowers.  Back side right beside pool and right under wood deck. Far side dealing with whirlpool on deck and covered with lattice that would have to be removed and reattached. Medium green paint the whole way around.

550 including gutters and 2 year guarantee.
