I cleaned a roof over a month ago in the Pittsburgh area. Job came out fine but now my customer is calling me and says the entire second floor of her house smells like bleach.

I have never had a customer complain of this before in over 3 years of roof cleaning. We are very careful around ridge vents and all the windows and doors were closed. We do not rinse after we spray.

We used a 70/30 mix with 12.5% SH, 1.5qts of hangtite, one gallon of Alcohol and a shot of apple scent from PWP.

Any ideas?
