They say "what am i supposed to do with these brown o-rings?" , "what is this blue thing for?" or "what do I do with that 1/2" street 45?" ((almost a $7) for the hose reel that you were kind enough to have purchased from me)

I am a a loss guys. Should we continue to include freebies, what small items would you like to see? We were going to charge $10 for the fragrance samples but I do not think that we have charged anyone for any of them.

Need your ideas on what you would like to see when you open a box from us?????

It seems crazy.....I know. I don't want to irritate my customers or receive calls where I am speaking to a person that is complaining on the other end of the line.

I talked to a person today that complained that they did not receive any freebies in the box!!!!! I can't win.

 You brought up a good point!  However, when the next thing that they say is, " I did not order these.  I don't even want these."  It confuses me.

Espec charges $2.61 for the blue nozzle cleaners.  We both pay under a dollar for them!  PWP....FREE
