I've done work for/with a couple of painters. I think its a great market to hit up, I've just not had a lot of time to do so.

A lot of them view me as "competition" since I prominently advertise "pressure washing". MY point with them is that I can pressure wash/soft wash a house in 1/3 of the time it takes them to do so. I'll charge them a rate and invoice them directly/ I really don;t care what they charge the homeowner after that. One has come around to my way of thinking thus far.

I also think that a lot of them need the pressure washing jobs to augment their $$ and to keep their crews busy during tough times. Just my $.02 up here in Tallahassee

He offers this service with a complete paint job, and often will throw in other things to sweeten the deal.
