got 300 flyers made up found a huge development where 50% of the roofs are black houses range from 300-500k.
since 7am i launched a $400 roof cleaning special for this weekend only.
went door to door left over a hundred so far, the pepole that were home are interested and i sold 4 so far im thinking i could get 15-20 roofs  and do them all (no travel time) going back out tonight with my portfolio of before and after pics that helps a lot.
if i could pull this off then i will be convinsed i made the right decision in selling the tree service.

Dan. Nice job on the flyer! Between the advertising on your truck and the new flyers, you should definitely get some extra business. You are on the right track by finding a neighborhood with stained roofs on over 50% of the houses. Good Luck....

one thing i would like to know is  how you can clean a roof for $199.00??????
most the roofs I clean are over $600.00

Love the flier!  Love, love love it!!!!!!!

$200-400 is the going rate here for roof cleaning, due to  competition.  I've found at hose rates, I can still be quite profitable!

That's a great question Dave !!! I was wonder the same thing??? a house at that price range has to be at least 4000sqft ( 40 sq ) I would guess 8/12 pitch maybe some steeper dormers . At least that's houses in my area.

I have not cleaned a roof this year under 40 sq.  and I wont even show up to a job for 199 ......

the $199 is mainly for spot cleaning and is realy just a marketing pitch

I think thats a great flyer. Next time you guys see a sign for aa $69 house wash, before you pass judgement call them and act like a homeowner. You will find out VERY quickly that it is just a way to make the phone ring. And it works very well.

Once someone calls you for a low price, you get them emotionally invested in YOU, then you can upsell like crazy.

Try working in Sun City Florida! You'd be lucky to get the $199.00.

I have people turn me down for a $399.00 special that was a soft wash on everything from the peaks down. It included the Roof, gutters, soffits, facia, downspouts, the House, and pressure cleaning the driveway. Average house is 2,000 sqft.

I'm lucky to get $600 for a totally black 3-4K sqft tile roof around here.

i knock . and i cant belive i only have 10. its 5:30 am going out to the truck and re wire every thing so thers no problems i got 4 barels of sh ready to rock this chit even if i only do 10 today its still a record (for me anyway) but i know ill be stoped for a price. and will be knocking up if i can hang. will be posting times and pics for each job.

Dang Dan, I wasn't thinking, and plus I forgot. I wanted to ride down and go clean with you today, I wanted to watch and learn. Lol. Maybe next time.
