A lot of it came from joining this forum, and I thank each and every one of you who has shared in an effort to grow this industry. I try to pay back by sharing a lot of what I have learned in our brief 5 years in service. Last year we had 3 people at the end of the season and just me in the beginning. This year we are going for broke by living eating, and breathing roof cleaning. I have had one day off in the last 3 months and I bet I still talked to some customers that day. It is not easy and it is not very fun but it's everything we got!! In the last 2 weeks we have done more than we used to do in 2 months. If we are successful at forming repeatable systems that keep us consistent and not crazy, I hope to share however we did it, lol!! For now all I can say is give it your all, have a written growing plan and only take advice from people that make more money than you!!
