This roof requires a 32' ladder to get to the top especially the back of the house, the ground in areas are unlevel, and as you can see there is lots of vegetation so this job will require two light coats of love to eliminate the risk of damaging the vegetation, which also means two laps around the house with the 32' ladder. My question is, would you clean this roof from a ladder, or would walk the roof, the roof is walkable except for the A's.
Note, I would suggest that if you choose to clean from the roof to use a roof hook or a rope and harness for safety.

For me it makes the job easier, the job goes smoother and you get a better visual of the entire roof. But with that said I am very comfortable on a roof, not everyone is.
In the picture attached below, my partner shot that job from the ladder. When we were packing up to leave I decided to brush off the shingle boogers at the top of the peak I wanted the job to look its best. I grabbed the brush and climbed up and I seen two big areas that we completely missed so we dragged out the hose and I just re-shot the entire roof again from the peak...
We would have walked that roof, like we do 99 percent of the roofs here in Florida. But this is easy to say, w/o actually being on it. Sometimes roofs that look walkable have loose granules, then it is time for the ladder, lift, or Helicopter

That is basically what I was going to say. It is steep enough that if the granules were in bad shape it could be unwalkable. Either way, a harness would be worn.
