I am pretty sure this is posted in the wrong section, along with a lot of other posts. This is the certified section for South Carolina.

Not sure,..but I think the name "Bulldog" has been used in other nationally known products. I think they make locks or something to do with security. I wouldn't even worry about it,...but in my state of Pa,...you can must register a fictitious if used as business.

That would prevent anyone from using your exact roof cleaning name,...if it's applicable in your state.
