Hi all,

New to the boards and to the roof cleaning business.  I have been lurking and reading heavily for the last month and am now getting my my equipment and marketing material pulled together.  I look forward to learning from this this great group and as such, have a first question:

I have seen numerous recipes for Love but have not seen any lately from those using
ammonyx-lo.  Anyone have a good starter mix recipe so I can start to experiment?

I have also seached to forum for the appropriate dilution method to safely clean vinyl and/or aluminum siding and have not seen anything concrete.

Any and all help is appreciated and I hope to be able to give back to the group here soon.

Thanks,
Terry

Welcome Terry.

Here's what I'm using for 100 gallon shingle roof mix.

35 gallons SH
42 oz. Ammonyx Lo
16 oz. Floramask
1.5 gallons IPA
Rest H2O

You want find much about house wash mixes since this is a roof cleaning fourm.

Try one of the other cleaning fourms like The Grime Scene.

Thanks Charles,

I will try some other forums as well but was hoping to find some mix recipes for siding, gutters and potentially concrete using the same basic chemical foundation to allow for a more efficient supply ownership.  I know there are specialty cleaners out there for these puposes and will continue to explore other best practices as well.  Thanks for the starting point

Terry
