Pressure Washer Products would like to offer a suction side ag hose and all pvc filter for use with your Delavan, Shurflo, Flojet, Yamada, All-Flo, John Blue, Comet, Hypro or Udor pump.

We recommend flooding the suction side of your pump. Use at least a 3/4" ag type hose no more than 14' long with a slotted pipe filter in your tank. Attach the, crimped end with the 1/2" mpt with brass ferrule to your Delavan 5 gpm or Fatboy pump and drop the flexible hose down through the opening in the top of your tank or drum. You may use a length of 1 1/4"or 1 1/2" PVC to slip over the flexible to act as a sleeve to keep the filter at the bottom of the tank. Using a crimped on fitting will eliminate the need to deal with hose clamps that loosen over time. You will secure an airtight seal by using liquid teflon or pipe dope.
