Your rig is awesome !!! nice and clean and organized…….. I have a 200 gal tank, it is on a pedestal and did not come with any straps .......so I use some ratchet straps…well  the tank is white and the ratchet straps are yellow…..it looks like s__t…your tank looks great and the cables holding it down is the answer for me too I think.

Thank you for putting up your pictures….it looks great !!!!

Mike

Looks good. Metalstraps will last a lot longer than ratchetb straps. The sh will eat the ratchet straps.

Nice rig Dean.

I can appreciate a newbie putting a rig together the correct way from the start.

I wish you luck my friend.

I like the set up very professional looking. The only thing is keep an eye on the drain at the bottom of the tank they have a high potential to leak. especially with the sh it tends to eat those fittings right up

That floor is very nice looking, what is that black material?

I would add some to the sides, maybe an inch or two so if there was ever a spill, leak or fitting fail, it would not go to the sides and into where the walls meet the floor. Just a little bit more protection.

Like Chris T. always says, the chlorine is both a gas and liquid so lots of good ventilation is not only a good thing but mandatory as the gas and liquid will help metal to rust. When working I would keep the ramp door and the side door open just to be safe there.

That setup looks very good!

Forgot to ask, is it finished or you only going to have 1 tank?

I am guessing that you will add your chemicals to the tank then add water so it is the right strength?

What if you need stronger due to mustard mold or if you do a very, very bad or tile roof? How are you going to make the mix stronger? Without a main tank this will be hard to do unless you are just going to get the chemicals as needed and put them into that tank. Some guys live close to the chemical suppliers and it is just a short drive. The guys in florida can usually drive less than 5-10 minutes to their supplier.

A lot of people with myself included have a chemical tank and the mix tank so you have the ability to make the mix stronger if needed and don't water down anything that does not need it.

If you have a roof to do and water everything down and the next roof is a few weeks away, watering down everything will help the chemicals break down faster and faster vs. leaving them in a tank by themself and mixing what you need as you need it.

I am sure you probably know this but light, time, soap/surfactants, air and water break down the chlorine so I try to keep the chlorine (chemicals) alone until needed. Some of the new people might not know this so I put it here for their benefit.

Just a FYI.

It looks like VCT (commercial tile). I hope it does not come up, it looks like the tile was laid over wet adhesive. For VCT, the glue is suggested to dwell for an hour or so( until tacky). If laid over wet glue the tile suffocates the glue and enables it to cure properly. The picture may be deceiving but it looks wet. Before getting into this roof cleaning I have been installing flooring for 10 years. Good luck

The floor and trailer looks really nice. Like stated above, I'd pay attention for leaks and spills. My concern is for the SH making it's way through the seems causing floor problems down the road.

I love that. LoL. I have the same urge to comment on things about construction.

Although he didn't lay it on concrete or on top of Luan or moisture barrier. It looks like 1/2" bc ply so it may breathe and work well. If it does, it will never, ever, ever comeup without the ply too. But I guess thats the goal!
