mix for tile roof cleaning

I am looking for a mix that is not as strong!!! We have been using 50/50 mix. Would like to know if there is a mix ratio that we can use that is not as strong but that will still clean! The home owner has plants and a fish pond right up next to the house and it cant be tarped off no

So I am trying to find some thing not as strong for that reason!

I'm just worried about the fish. You could use a butyl based sodium hydroxide and Dawn or Amonyx-Lo if it were a Shingle Roof but you would still need to rinse it off. Still, with the fish below, I would be very hesitant to even use that. Fish are Very sensitive to any chems.
