What do you tell your customers in regards to parking below their fascia on driveway. I've been looking at homes all over since discovering this forum. My concern is someone parks a car below their fascia/soffit without gutters and then it rains with the product dripping on their car. I'm guessing that it's mostly diluted, but curious as to what you say.
Little off he the main question,...but I don't think it's a common thing for people to park so close to a house. I suppose it's possible,...I just can't think of any reason why someone would park so close to the siding.
I'm talking parking close to their garage door. 2-3' overhang with a gable slope shedding towards their driveway without gutters. Just trying to cover all of my bases for what could happen days or weeks after I apply the sauce and wait for rain.

I never see people park that close to the house and don't they have gutters? Can't you tell them not to park on the house..
I sent some pics over to Jeff from Raystown roof cleaning showing what I was talking about. I'm still trying to figure out how to post pics without them eating up a lot of space. Shoot me an email and I can forward them to you if he doesn't post them. Believe it or not, it was a valid question because I went through one small neighborhood this AM and took 4 pics of cars closely parked to their home. It must be a Minnesota thing.
Not all homes have gutters up here. They tend to increase the likely hood of big ice dams. My email address should be under my profile Jeff@allcraftsmenexteriors.com
Hey Jeff , Jeff from Legacy Contracting I'm trying out acouple different cleaners apple cider being one and still looking for another to see what will work best up here in God's country. have you tryed out anything yet? Looking forward to doing our first roof here next week. I have a few homeowners that are willing to let me clean off there roofs for free .
I did receive the photos and tried to upload them here but the "uploader" didn't want to seem to work for me this morning. Will try again later maybe. But he does show that people are parking very close to the side of the house at the garage entrance,...I personally never notice people park like that,...will start to take notice now and see.
But yea, just give a word of caution to the homeowner for starters. But I agree with someone else here, product would probably be so degraded that no damage would be done.
i would't sweat it. thats one of the good parts of using our solution. u put it on, it cleans and becomes weak almost inert. when that rain hits it especially after its been dwelling and killing algae, its probably gonna be nothing more than just a surfactant makin bubbles. be sure to tell them they may see a spot or two, but put them at ease with the info. no biggie.
