Haveing a little trouble finding SH in my area. The smallest amount that I can find is a minimum order of four drums @ $300 per drum and a fuel charge of $180, delivery only to a commercial address only. no pickup
I thought that was a little crazy.
Found this product at local ace hardware.
Label reads as follows
Hth liquid chlorinator(made by ARCH Chemicals)
dual purpose: sanitizer and shock
active ingredient:
sodium hypochlorite.............................10% other ingredient...................................90% total...................................................100%
I also called my local pressure washer supply(not going to mention name) to ask if he knew of a local supplier for SH, but he was not of much help. He asked me what I needed SH, so I told him for roof cleaning.
Get This, He said to me, Your dont need that stuff, Just get up there with some heavy hot truck degreaser, spray on then use your pressure washer to blast off the dirt and mold!
Then I said to him, thats not the right way to clean a roof, and explained to him the techniques that I have learned here also that is not a approved way of cleaning asphalt shingles by the manufacture
Just thought I might share that last bit of info with you for a laugh or two

There are several certified roof cleaners in Texas. You might want to check with them for a supplier. Check the certified directory on the home page to see who's in Texas. Gary
Thanktyou for clearing that up for me. So this will work if a can't find anything better? I will only be mixing 15-30 gallons , just wanting to do a few test spots
Allready tried, 90% of them carry tablets or pellets only ,and that other 10% carry the liquid pool shock. Ask them if they knew where to get 12.5% SH , nobody knew.
The only liquid the carry is the 10% SH pool shock in 1gal jugs.
