I will do my first roof tomorrow am starting with my own,going to try the apple sauce mix only one thing the SH i have is only 6% .

Nesto, you might think about running by a pool supply store and pick up Liquid Shock. It's 10% and if you find it fresh....it will work very good.

Can be done with 6% but you are NOT doing yourself any favors...

1) High price for 6% from ?Home Depot?
2) More time spent due to more chemical (at less strength applied)
3) More of the other APPLE MIX components

Again, can be done, NOT RECOMMENDED
