I got lucky last year and did an insurance agents house. This year his manager contacted me wanting brochures for all of his agents. I've been out of town working for the last month but was able to do 4 estimates the first day back home. The insurance companies are starting to let the HO know they have to have maintenance done on their roof or the insurance companies aren't covering roof damage due to neglected roofs.

I was thinking the same thing but I was unable to describe it, like you did I like that a lot, good job well put!

It was an American Family Insurance agent.

This is Gilly,
Was there any conversation that walking on his tile roof may break some tiles?
I was just wondering because I have spoken to my neighbors about cleaning there roofs and they were pretty adamant that I DO NOT walk on the roof to clean the Barrel tile roof.
