Sweet article. Great Job. I noticed in one of your pics there was still snow on the ground. At what temps do you start cleaning? I have a similar climate to yours.
March 11 was our first roof with a high of 63 I just looked it up on AccuWeather.com... There was some snow in the valley I swept it all out then sprayed the roof. Just to be safe we followed up a week later and looked at the roof to see if we missed anything, But the roof looked great!
Well Bob word is going to get out and every Tom, Dick & Harry will be on your coat tails. We have been roofing in Mich. for over 27 years and the market is so saturated with all the laid off auto workers. Bidding wars with anyone that owns a ladder and rental equipment. I don't understand how the homeowner's are so blinded but it is what it is. Everyone saving a buck and those trying to make a buck are doing 30sq. roofs making 500bks. But I think you are taking things to a different level and hopefully it won't catch on to quick to the unemployed. Best of Luck !!
