Gave a quote over the week-end to a Board of Directors of a Condo development. Total of 7 buildings with 4 condos per building. 28 roofs to clean with an upsale for sidewalk and patio cleaning option. Condo association is paying for roof cleanings and patio work is up to homeowner. They OK"d the job and want me to start the week of the 21st. I also have quotes in to 2 other developments within the same subdivision as this one. They also are looking very promising. 68 condos in one and 36 condos in the other. 104 additional roofs in addition to what I already have. Going to be a busy year.
There is nothing like getting that call giving you the go ahead after bidding and waiting and follow up calls and waiting.....did I say - and waiting? lol. Great job Gary. Take lots of pics and postem up.
Awesome man!I mean I'm happy with the work that I'm getting now,but WHEN I can ever get it together to start in this cleaning THAT would be the call I'd wanna get!Congrats and I hope you getm all!Good luck
Nice job, those kind of big jobs always help and can lead to bigger things. Just keep those patio and decks wet during the cleaning so that extra love doesn't spot or streak the decks or patio's on yea. Congrats on the big job again bro, be safe.
The president of an HOA That I've known a while, I bumped into a week ago. We talked about a deal for gutter cleaning and I mentioned the RCIA and I'm almost certified. Could wash the roofs there also. She said she thinks she has heard of the RCIA!!!! Now that is too cool! I'm really glad to be a part of the RCIA!
That's totally awesome Gary !! You must be Pumped up. I get pumped up just hearing of one of the RCIA brothers getting a big job like that. Still have some snow on roofs up here but it's been warmer and raining today so hopefully soon this winter weather will be gone.
