I saw this stuff in my Costco too. According to the label it will take 6-12 months for results to be achieved.

My customers would laugh me off their doorsteps if I told them " I'm going to treat your house and you'll need to wait up to TWELVE MONTHS to see results, but go ahead and pay me now!"

I am glad that we don't have a costco here. hahahahaha

I have had some people call me about those store bought chemicals and I tell them the same thing, do you want to be up on your roof spraying something and then possibly falling down off your roof just to save a few bucks?

I was shopping in Costco’s yesterday and I noticed a newer item on their shelf called Wet & Forget. As I was standing there reading the label an older couple walked up and loaded a gallon in their cart. I asked him if he ever use that product before and he said yes on his roof and it worked, all of his neighbors roofs are black but his looks new, anyone familiar with this product?

Thanks,

Bob

I read the MSDS sheet and they readily admit to testing on many animals including Mallard Ducks!!  ( what a shame !! ) (sorry AC no ) Anyways if anyone has more info like this it would be nice to know, hopefully our chems don't . (rereading the msds right now)
I just wonder if the homeowners knew that if they would still buy their product.
No I am not w PITA, but c'mon NOT the ducks!!

Take Care

We've had a few customers ask us about this because someone else had bid their roof using this product.....wow. All I had to do was refer them to the ARMA Bulletin to prove to them that anything that takes 6+months to kill the organisms on the roof, does not work. Killing it all, right away is the only way. What interests me more, is how many roofs is this (so-called) competitor of ours, actually cleaning? That stuff is a joke and can be easily explained away. Haven't lost someone yet, anyway! :)
