Thats some nice roof cleaning work you did up in Winston Salem North Carolina Mike! I have been all over NC several times, lots of nice people there. Those silver colored roofs show every imprefection when cleaning them, and take a lot longer to clean properly, as you already know. I ate at a really good BBQ Joint in Winston Salem once. I am a Tucker, lots of kinfolk in North Carolina, and we are known for our appetite for BBQ. I like doing the eatin, and leave the cleaning for the women and bones for the hound dogs.
Very good looking job there!Listen, when ya'll say I done it in coat or however coats,is that 1 coat and rinse or 1 coat after the rain I had to come back and coat again?I'm sorry, but this is confusing me.Thanks if anyone could clear this up fo r me and I'm not trying to interfere with your post Mike because you did an absolute terrific job on that house!

One coat and wait 15 minutes for chemical to work it's magic.
2nd coat applied only where necessary, small touch up streaks.
After picture was taken the same day after chemical was applied with no rinse.
Awesome!!!No wonder ya'll call it the Love....if it does that, that juice is giving that roof ALL kinda love;)....Thanks for clearing that up for me Mike
"The hardest part of this job was selling it. This guy researched roof cleaning like crazy and I had to really sell myself.-----Mike Is that a common problem for you or has it gotten easier and people are starting to find out about roof cleaning.
