I was just looking at a place to get a bulk quanity of the TSP and it has the TSP Anhydrous and TSP Crystal.Which one do I use for the apple cider sauce?Also,the site I'm talking about is http://www.brainerdchemical.com.Is that where ya'll get your alcohol also?If so which one do you get?Thanks again and sorry for all the newbie questions.There'll be more...lol
