Here are some townhone roof cleaning pictures we just completed in Tampa. This was a small townhone roof cleaning project, only 64 buildings. The homeowners association hired us because a board member remembered us from cleaning his roof when he lived in Tampa Palms. He retired, and downsized to a Townhouse for retirement. My men are better roof cleaners then picture takers, but you get the idea ? These tampa roof cleaning customers are happy campers, all nice and clean!

Sweet Roof Cleaning Job Chris. How do you get so lucky? LOL...Every big Roof Cleaning job I get like that is always Tile. I would love getting a big one like that and have them all be Shingle Roofs. Great job!

Thanks Larry! This Tampa Townhome Community has a homeowners association board. An old roof cleaning customer is on the board of directors we cleaned back when he still lived in Tampa Palms. He had a tile roof back then, and called to ask if we also cleaned shingle roofs ? He asked us for a bid, and a demonstration. Basically, we got the job based on our reputation, and his reccommendation. Our bid for the roof cleaning was not the lowest cleaning estimate this townhome community received. But having the roof cleaning done correctly was more important to the Homeowners Association. One competitor was going to attempt to clean all these roofs w/o even using a ground person! I met with the board 3 times before we were awarded the cleaning contract, and had plenty of time to educate the Tampa Homeowners Association Board Members of this Townhouse Community all about the dangers of improper roof cleaning methods.
