This is our 9th cleaning off of the flashlight key chains we threw out with a flyer just before Christmas.

Here is a pic of the key chain. I bought 100 for 250.00. Sounds like a lot, but when you get 9 jobs so far, they are well worth it for me.

My flyer didn't say they needed our service. It stated what we do and accept the key chain as a gift. We went on to mention...show us your keychain and recieve $25.00 off your cleaning.

Good idea. They see it every time they pick up their keys and keeps them thinking about the roof.

We made up flyer in the form a letter so to speak. In it we, provided a list of servies we offer as well an explanation of how to detect fungus growth on the roof. We then folded the flyers and inserted them into a zip lock sandwich bag. I kept them with me and when I saw a roof that was dirty I pitched it into the driveway. I also chose different neighborhoods in dfferent areas and threw them out.

Thats the good thing about delivering flyers as opposed to doing a bulk mailing. You can pick out the houses that obviously need your service. It may take some time but saves a bunch of money.

Clever way of advertising and nice touch with the key chain. Just an observation. Did you spray the chimney with part of the LOVE mix? It kind of looks like it and it seems to have cleaned that area also somewhat.
