Yes it will clean it. You may need 2 applications on a Tile Roof with that much Black Mold and Lichen on it but it will Clean it up. You will also be able to do 3 Roofs in the time it takes Mr. Turbo Nozzle to do his.

Really nice shoes. Pretty, Pretty. He just got in from dancing or he has some shoes with really good grip. Check in to it. You maybe able to sell us the new Roof Cleaners Boot.

Shoes? did not notice them till you mentioned it. They look like scuba diving booties. waterproof, flexible and grip like a Koala to a Gum tree. well there you go, learn something every day

I like the music, but this method of cleaning is great, if ya want to get a good sunburn ?
For this kind of roof, a mix of 40 percent Chlorine to water, Billy Bob, and some TSP, like 1/4 cup per gallon will make quick work of it.
If it were a white tile roof, sone Sodium Hydroxide added would be nice too.
Like Larry said, because of all the dirt on these roofs, might have to hit it twice, in some spots.
