OK! This was one long day but we got it all done. Non Pressure Roof Clean on a Flat Concrete Tile Roof. Pressure Washing of their Circular Concrete Driveway, Soft Wash Exterior House Washing, Pool Deck and Screen Lanai Enclosure Cleaning and a Wood Deck. There, that about covers it. I'll throw up some before pics and then some of the afters.
Here are a few of the after pictures of that job. The woman we did the work for was especially pleased with the way her Tile Roof came out. She will be even more pleased once it has a good Rain or two Rinse off the dead Mold and Algae Residue.
The after pictures were tough to get especially the ones of the Tile Roof. there were tons of trees on this property, it was starting to get a little dark and everything was still pretty wet.

Happy Holidays Brother Roof Cleaner
You know once again after looking at these photo's, I ask my self how the heck do people let their wood decks get so nasty. A deck is an extension of their house, when the deck is wet they slip and slide on it, then they track that mold right in the house.
Happy Holidays to you too Clyde. trust me, you should have seen us having to try to walk on that Wood Deck. Especially after I applied Chems to it. Man it was slippery. We actually decided to let the chems that I applied dwell for 45 minutes before Cleaning it. It was pretty Nasty. Hey, I completely agree with you about it being an extension of their Home but I look at it this way,,, if people kept their own stuff Clean we would be out of a job. LOL
I didn't know they built wood decks in FLA? There aren't a lot of them down there are there? Even in Michigan on the east side of the state, they don't do many wood decks, everyone does patio pavers.
That turned out beautiful. For sure a good days work. Must have been at least a $250 bill? lol

Roof Washing Exterior House Cleaning Grand Rapids, MI
There really aren't many Wood Decks here in Florida. Not that I've seen anyway. I've done a few here and there but not too many. I think Ive got a few on my web site if you want to take a look. One of them actually came out looking as if we just built it. Your right about the pavers. Tons of pavered Driveways and Pool Deck Patio Decks. I have however Cleaned plenty of Wood Boat Docks though...As far as the price goes....I know she wasn't real happy with the total until she saw the results. she got a complete Extreme Home Makeover. Something I don't think she was expecting.
WOW! Looks like that home was empty for a number of years!
Funny thing is Dwayne, she's been there for many years. It's unbelievable how many people just let their stuff get to this point. i look at it this way though....If they did keep it Clean all the time we would probably be out of a job!
What a great transformation. That looked like a lot of work! Question? When you "softwash" the house, do you use a diaphragm pump or a pressure washer with a wide mozzel? Was is a dilluted form of love on the house?
In the picture of you or your helper spraying the roof, what nozzle are you using? It has got a nice spread on it. I only have one nozzle 0060. It is a little sloppy but it reaches far and when i got close to the eves there was a lot of splatter

Thanks! Yes, it was a lot of work but luckily I have great workers. I use a Pressure Washer when Cleaning the exteriors. the Soft Wash comes into play by the size nozzles that are being used. The diluted ratio hitting the surface is aprox, 1.5-2%.

WOW! You definitely need to get more nozzle spray tips. I must have about 25-30 different size tips. I don't know exactly what size my roof Cleaning guy was using at that time. He normally brings at least 2-3 different size tips up on the roof with him. Give Lori a call over at Pressure Washer Products. She will tell you what would be the best size tips for what your using to spray with. she keeps just about every size known to man in stock and I'm sure she can get some out to you real quick. They are not that expensive at all and you definitely will be happier with a variety of Spray sizes rather than just one. Give her a call....1-727-562-5488 or 1-800-519-9279
