If you were biding on 50 to 100 houses in the same block, cleaning tile roofs, sidewalks and driveways. Would you change your normal pricing? If so how?

It depends, Are you going to do all the houses at once or over a couple of months until their done? Theres alot to look at. If you can go in there and tell the home owners assoc. that you'll do all of the houses for $400.00 each or 450.00 if you don't get them all. Short answer is that you can always lower your price for quantity.

I came across this opportunity several times and It has never worked. but this is a great idea.
how many times have someone told you they would give you two jobs and you got one?
If anyone knows how to do this I would love to know because it's a great Idea. I have never, ever been able to put such a program together.

I have done several communities where the HOA required the owners have their roofs cleaned or have found myself dealing with mulitple owners. I normally will reduce my square footage rate by a penny or two which can result in significant savings to the owner. But I will put a timeline on contracting.
I would suggest a discount based on the quanity that sign on to get theirs done. ie. 10% if five homes get done or 15% for ten homes or something along those lines. You can also offer the referral refund...
Kind of a tricky question. If it's a HOA where everyone is included then you would discount your normal rate by a % that you feel comfortable. If everyone is not obligated to have you clean their roof then you may want to be a little more conservative. Your low ball figure may result in lower profits because you established a price based on an expected high number of homes. Also, are all the roofs the same size, shape, etc.? Probably not. Therefore using a % off of each roof would be safer than offering a flat rate of say $400 - $450 per roof. Good Luck on your bid.
